    Three Days of Wellbeing Vol. 5 is a series of our signature Day Retreats to be hosted on October 21, 22 & 23 at our stunning villa in Pui O beach, South Lantau. 

    Brand new programs are added and we are gathering some of the best facilitators in Hong Kong together to bring a rejuvenating and transformative experience to our participants.   

    The day retreats are designed for modern day city-dwellers who are in search of a short get-away to rewind, recharge and reconnect with themselves. We will be fully immersed in the magical natural elements by the sea side and guided by the most experienced and authentic practitioners in town.

    Through the thoughtfully designed practices and toolkits that you can take away, we also hope to bring you some inspirations and fresh perspectives and help you activate physical and psychological growth that precipitates tangible and positive changes in your day-to-day life.

    *The price of HK$3,150 is for One Single Day and each day retreat can be booked separately.
    *Minibus will be provided between Mui Wo ferry pier and the villa.  
    *Accommodation is NOT included in our day retreats. Please get in touch with us separately if you wish to stay at the villa during the retreats. 

    RETREAT LEAD

    - Natalie Söderström                                

    Natalie is a model, yoga teacher and holistic health coach. With a focus on vinyasa, yin-yang and mindful meditation, Natalie's classes are nurturing, strengthening, and sprinkled with her contagious smile and calming voice. With a playful and inspiring approach, Natalie hopes that you step off the mat feeling nourished, re-energised, balanced and with a smile to carry with you as you leave the room.

    Natalie has a passion for everything wellness, including studies in holistic health, sports nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine and hormonal health. Off the mat she shares wisdom of holistic living, well-being through lasting health — enhancing habits. Weaving holistic teachings into her yoga classes completes the circle.      

    KEY FACILITATORS

    - Goni Jung: Yoga

    Goni has taught her practice in Korea, Hong Kong, Israel and the UK. Over the years she has researched the intricate relationship between nutrition, yoga and mindfulness. Together they form the building blocks of our purpose and help encourage positivity and love. Her classes are gently challenging and deeply nourishing, focusing on alignment of the body and mind.

    - Paul Logan: Movement 

     

    Over the past 15 years Paul has worked with many Elite Athletes and fighters including world champions, UFC fighters, and Olympians. He is also founder and owner of Basic Reflex boxing studio in Sheung wan, where he is building a safe environment and supportive and community for people to experience boxing and martial arts. Paul has created this special Martial Movement class for our retreat where he will be guiding a 

    series of group movement exercises incorporating the basic principles and elements from martial art & boxing. From his class not only will you learn the art of the sport, you will also have fun and find yourself feeling a lot more focused, energetic, and disciplined.

    - Aisthesis: Tea and Sound

     


    Through their harmonious mindset to pursuit a journey of soundscape experiences and sensory art installations in different environments for the community, Aisthesis essence came together between Kaman and Amiee. This formation is to share meaningful experiences to embrace soundscape through our 5 senses (sight, sound, smell, touch and taste) Through performance/collaborating sound/sensory/wellness partnerships within our community. Kaman is a multi disciplinary artist, sound facilitator and 500hr yoga coach since 2014. She has incorporated crystal bowls, gongs and monochord into her teachings to expand the experience for her clients. Amiee has 10yrs experience in the creative/fashion industry in UK/HK. She developed her training in sound therapy with variety of instruments and meditation studies incorporated in her daily life.
