During the workshop, you will discover tools to nurture and navigate your sensory landscape whilst also getting a deeper understanding of your own unique creative expression. This journey not only aims to inspire you to feel and create anew but also to empower you with practical techniques to incorporate mindfulness and creativity into your daily routine.

Devoted to continuously learning and exploring the fundamentals of integrative health & well-being. Chandni's passions lie in food energetics and the conscious-living principles rooted in Ayurveda. When used correctly, these hold the power to not only heal the body, but also help us thrive through the ever-changing dynamics of day-to-day life. As a qualified Integrative Nutrition & Health Coach, Ayurvedic Chef, and a background in Sport & Exercise Science, Chandni’s approach is naturally holistic. Her intention is to help individuals become more intuitive and conscious about what and how they eat. Helping them build a deeper connection with themselves and ultimately understanding the language of the body; what it is that the body is calling out for as we shift through the various seasons and cycles of our lives.
Gedvile Bunikyte
Gedvile Bunikyte is a spiritual teacher, contemporary artist and movement trainer based in Hong Kong. Her spiritual and philosophical background is in classical Tantra and Shamanism. She is a yoga-alliance certified alignment and Tantra yoga teacher, NASM certified personal trainer, Lagree pilates instructor, and advanced Triple Vagal Method Somatic Practitioner. She has travelled and studied with masters and indigenous tribes across the world, facilitating wellness retreats in Europe, Mexico and Central America.
