    DAY JOURNEY is our newly curated day retreat series hosted at our stunning beach front retreat venue Villa Aether in South Lantau. 

    The journey is designed for modern day city-dwellers who are in search of a short get-away to rewind, recharge and reconnect with themselves. We will be fully immersed in the magical natural elements by the sea side and guided by the most experienced and authentic practitioners in town.

    Through the thoughtfully designed practices and toolkits that you can take away, we also hope to bring you some inspirations and fresh perspectives and help you activate physical and psychological growth that precipitates tangible and positive changes in your day-to-day life.

    Please note:
    - Minibus will be provided between Mui Wo ferry pier and the villa for pick-up and drop-off.
    - This is only a day experience and accommodation is NOT included in the retreat. 

     

    Our Key Facilitators

    - Gedvile Bunikyte                                

    Gedvile is a wellness expert with years of experiences in various fields as well as a world-celebrated contemporary artist. She is a yoga alliance certified Alignment yoga teacher, NASM certified personal trainer, Lagree instructor, and advanced Tripal Vagal Method somatic practitioner. Beyond her wellness expertise, Gedvile also offers spiritual teaching in the authentic Tantra lineage. Gedvile’s passion in understanding matter and energy comes though in her powerful teachings, bringing harmony to the body, mind and soul. Her holistic approach delivers fast and long lasting results for ultimate wellbeing.

    - Paul Logan 

     

    Over the past 15 years Paul has worked with many Elite Athletes and fighters including world champions, UFC fighters, and Olympians. He is also founder and owner of Basic Reflex boxing studio in Sheung wan, where he is building a safe environment and supportive and community for people to experience boxing and martial arts. Paul has created this special Martial Movement class for our retreat where he will be guiding a series of group movement exercises incorporating the basic principles and elements from martial art & boxing. From his class not only will you learn the art of the sport, you will also have fun and find yourself feeling a lot more focused, energetic, and disciplined.

    - Shane Aspegren

    Shane Aspegren’s unique approach to a holistic sound practice combines his multifaceted background—as a contemporary artist, composer, and experimental musician—with training in therapeutic sound traditions alongside an ongoing research into modern wave science. Since the early 2000s, Aspegren has explored various yogic practices, which led to a deep interest in meditation and the perceived experience of the human mind & body. After diving deeper into wave phenomena for a series of installations and performances, this eventually led to the development of ONDO, a natural bridge between his creative and holistic interests.

    Our Chef Of The Day

    Nico Gellon

    Chef Nico Gellon is a nomadic, innovative, and experimental visionary. The prodigy of his thrilling experiences are symphonies of hand-picked, earthy dishes.
    Born in Argentina and raised in Ireland, Chef Nico started cooking at an early age of 12 to support his family. He discovered his passion when working in the kitchen when he was 15. After he left his hometown Dublin, Nico worked in farms and restaurants in Portugal, Spain, Holland, Switzerland, France and Italy. Having to refine his practices around the world, he finds himself constantly creating, experimenting, and pushing boundaries.  This allows him to connect within, follow his instincts more clearly, and create his own original dishes.
