    Three Days of Wellbeing Vol.2 is a series of our signature Day Retreats to be hosted from Dec 1 to Dec 3 at our stunning villa in Pui O beach, South Lantau. 

    Brand-new programs are added and we are gathering the best facilitators in Hong Kong together to bring a rejuvenating and transformative experience to our participants.

    Our Lead Teachers

    - Yoga: Natalie Söderström                                

    Natalie is a model, yoga teacher and holistic health coach. With a focus on vinyasa, yin-yang and mindful meditation, Natalie's classes are nurturing, strengthening, and sprinkled with her contagious smile and calming voice. With a playful and inspiring approach, Natalie hopes that you step off the mat feeling nourished, re-energised, balanced and with a smile to carry with you as you leave the room.

    Natalie has a passion for everything wellness, including studies in holistic health, sports nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine and hormonal health. Off the mat she shares wisdom of holistic living, well-being through lasting health — enhancing habits. Weaving holistic teachings into her yoga classes completes the circle.      

    - Movement: Alex Herrera

    A former professional Athlete and lifelong Martial Artist, Alex has dedicated his career to the exploration and research of Creative Movement & Martial Arts Introduced to the paradigm shifting ‘Movement Culture’ by world renowned Teacher Ido Portal Alex has been an International educator in Movement & Play for over 20 years, teaching his body of work in North America, Europe, Sth East Asia and Central America.

    With his extensive skill set Alex has had the opportunity to work across a diverse section of Platforms like the Original Matrix film as Personal Trainer to Carrie Anne Moss ‘Trinity’ & Australian movie Director Baz Luhrmann, Professional athlete Mike Smith to Movement Educator at The Young Actors Project Malibu House in Los Angeles.

    - Sound: Shane Aspegren

    Shane Aspegren’s unique approach to a holistic sound practice combines his multifaceted background—as a contemporary artist, composer, and experimental musician—with training in therapeutic sound traditions alongside an ongoing research into modern wave science.

    Since the early 2000s, Aspegren has explored various yogic practices, which led to a deep interest in meditation and the perceived experience of the human mind & body. After diving deeper into wave phenomena for a series of installations and performances, this eventually led to the development of ONDO, a natural bridge between his creative and holistic interests.

    Minnie Cheung


    Minnie is a yoga instructor and sound artist. She has been practicing yoga for the past 10+ years and in the aim of deepening her practice and exploring alternative ways of healing the body, Minnie started to incorporate sound therapy into her teaching in recent years and has conducted some magical sound journeys with her students. 

    With music study being a significant part of her childhood, Minnie discovered how powerful and healing sound can be. By bringing yoga and sound the two passions together, she hope to help others go further into their self-discovering journey and find more joy in their life. 

    -Rhythms: Sudevi Sundari
    Sudevi considers herself a life time student and is devoted to teaching and training for over 25 years. She travels the world sharing her vast experience and insight into how the world can gain from the timeless knowledge available in the Vedas. She is the founder of Yoga Paramgati and an accredited 5 Rhythms facilitator. She offers 200/500hrs YTT, workshops, and retreats in Hong Kong, Australia and India. 
    Extremely enthusiastic and passionate that the training and mentorship offered is a very unique synthesis of the most comprehensive and vast yet precise teachings on Bhakti vedanta, traditional Hatha/Kundalini and progressive movement meditation. Transforming our internal landscape brings us to full connection into our Sanatana Dharma.
